The Letters to the Seven Churches

Duration : 16 weeks Lessons : 7 Lessons The "Letters to the Seven Churches" course is designed to provide you with a historical understanding of the culture during the time these letters were written, bridging the gap to our present day to effectively apply their messages. Studying this course will not only deepen your comprehension of the struggles faced by the early church but will also equip you to handle the unique challenges of today. By heeding what the Spirit is saying to the churches, we can enjoy a more intimate relationship with God and His family, the church. The Letters to the Seven Churches are like progress reports given by Jesus to the local churches. He praises what aligns with the truth and reflects godliness, encourages those suffering hardships with precious promises, and corrects and warns those in error. Although the letters address specific concerns in the local churches at the time they were written, the number seven leads some Bible experts to suggest that these letters are intended as an evaluation tool for all churches. Expect to be refined by a holy fear of the Lord and to walk from glory to greater glory as you embrace what the Spirit says to you during this course. • Duration: Approximately 3 to 4 months • Frequency: Every other week • Schedule: Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:30 (90 minutes) • Lessons: 7 classes Format : • Each lesson includes 45-60 minutes of teaching, followed by a Breakout Session where we discuss questions related to the lesson or engage in a practical training exercise. • Each lesson also includes a Disciples Training Exercise to be completed during your devotional time, helping you apply the teachings.
